Fran feels her extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught her many things that she believes have benefited her in the real estate industry. She has learned to negotiate, while keeping her client’s best interests in mind, to listen to what is being said and to maintain flexibility and understanding. She can perform multiple tasks simultaneously and be assertive, while remaining calm under the most stressful situations.

Fran has six brothers who are homebuilders. She credits them with helping to give her a broad understanding of real estate. Her areas of interest include traveling, reading, water sports and working out regularly. The mother of two grown children, Fran has long been active in charitable organizations including The Ronald McDonald House and the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. She is active in the Houston Legal Association, Shepherd Park Plaza Civic Club and attends St. Rose of Lima Church.

As a productive listing and selling agent, Fran understands the emotions and stress involved with the home buying and selling process. She remarks, “That is why I always take a proactive approach to ease the tension for my clients along the way. I assess a client’s needs up front so that I am able to not only meet but to exceed their expectations.”

Fran holds the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation signifies the graduate has completed an advanced education program in specialized subjects such as legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards and technology tools. Less than 10 percent of the Texas Association of Realtors holds the GRI designation.
